This pen set is in quite beautiful condition and I think it has not been used; it dates from around 1970; it has no cracks or splits and no dings either; the clips are secure. The nib of the fountain pen is a 14ct gold broad stub grade and the pen is a cartridge or converter-filler and has a converter fitted; a delightful pen set for everyday use, and nice to handle too. The fountain pen still has the factory chalk mark on the nib shell.
