Here is a classy-looking Swallow lever-fill combination in very nice condition, albeit a little darkened through age; the pen has a 14ct gold fine grade No.2 nib and the pencil has leads; the item is in very good condition but there are signs of use in the form of a little wear where the cap fits but not where it has been posted; there are no cracks, splits or serious scratches and only slight signs of plating wear; the nib, by my classification, is a nice writer and is a little flexible; this pen would make a good daily-use pen/pencil or could be added to a collection and not look out of place.
