Here we have a very nice No.5 in black with a good imprint on the barrel and on the cap and no sign of posting; the plating is very good on the lever, the clip and the band; there are no cracks or splits and very few small scratches; the pen has a fine grade 14ct gold No.4 nib; the clip is secure and the number 5 on the end of the barrel is crisp. They don't come much better than this.
